Every Label Shynova dress is hand crafted with care and shipped to you across India, free of charge.

1. Shipping Coverage

Label Shynova currently ships across India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to

expand our shipping coverage and will announce updates as new regions become available.

2. Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order across India. No minimum order value. No hidden charges.

3. Order Processing Time

Each Label Shynova dress is hand stitched at our production units in Delhi and Bangalore. Once you place an order:

Total time from order to delivery: 8 to 17 working days depending on your location. We recommend ordering

at least 3 weeks before any planned event to allow for processing, shipping, and your styling session.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with:

Tracking number

Name of the courier partner

Direct tracking link

Expected delivery date

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on labelshynova.com or by contacting our customer

support.

6. Logistics Partner

Label Shynova partners with ShipRocket for fulfilment and last mile delivery across India. ShipRocket connects us

with reputable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery to your doorstep. The choice of courier depends on

your delivery location and serviceability.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is not successful after 3 attempts due to

the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to our facility.

In such cases:

For prepaid orders, we will reach out to coordinate redelivery. If redelivery is not possible, we may process a refund

subject to inspection.

For COD orders, the order will be cancelled and you may not be eligible for COD on future orders.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses including:

Full name of recipient

Complete street address with landmark

City, state, and accurate PIN code

Working contact number

Alternate contact number (recommended)

Label Shynova is not responsible for delays or non delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information

provided by the customer.

9. Order Modifications

Once an order has been confirmed, address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been

dispatched. Please contact our customer support immediately at support@labelshynova.com for any address

modifications.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, please:

Inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting.

If the package appears tampered with or damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Record an unboxing video when opening your package. This is required if you need to initiate any return or

exchange. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.

For prepaid orders, the recipient does not need to make any payment.

For COD orders, please pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery agent.

11. Lost or Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery date or actual delivery.

Provide photos and the unboxing video showing the damage.

We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund.

12. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural

calamities, strikes, riots, lockdowns, government restrictions, or pandemic related disruptions. In such cases, we will

keep you informed and work to deliver your order as soon as possible. No compensation will be applicable for delays

caused by such events.

13. Festive and Sale Periods

During festive seasons, sale events, and product launches, processing and delivery times may extend by 2 to 4 working

days due to high order volumes. We will communicate any expected delays at the time of order.
