Our commitment is to ensure you love every Label Shynova dress. Here is how returns, exchanges, refunds, and our
complimentary styling session work together.
1. Overview
Label Shynova offers a unique customer experience that combines a 3 day return and exchange window with a
complimentary 10 minute personal styling session included with every purchase. This policy explains how these
benefits work together and the specific conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.
The Core Principle: You have 3 days from delivery to either initiate a return or exchange OR book your free
styling session. Once you book the styling session, the return and exchange policy is disabled. This is because the
styling session is designed to ensure you confidently keep and wear your Label Shynova dress.
2. When Returns and Exchanges Are Accepted
Returns and exchanges at Label Shynova are accepted only in the following cases:
1. The colour of the dress delivered is different from what was ordered.
2. The size of the dress delivered is different from what was ordered.
3. The dress has a manufacturing defect or damage.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, fit issues
caused by incorrect size selection, or any reason other than those listed above.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or exchange request, customers must submit a clear, unedited unboxing video. This is a non
negotiable requirement and protects both the customer and Label Shynova from disputes.
3.1 Video Requirements
The video must be:
One single, continuous recording with no cuts, edits, or pauses.
Filmed in clear lighting with the package fully visible.
3.2 What the Video Must Show (in order)
1. The sealed, unopened package with the shipping label clearly visible. The shipping label must show the
customer’s name, address, and order number that matches the order being returned.
2. The package being opened for the first time on camera.
3. The dress being taken out of the packaging.
4. The price tag and size tag clearly shown with all details visible (product name, size, price, colour code if
applicable).
5. The full dress shown from front and back to capture the colour and overall condition.
6. The specific defect, damage, or discrepancy clearly shown with a close up. For colour or size mismatches,
show how the delivered item differs from what was ordered.
Important: Any video that has cuts, edits, jumps, or does not clearly show all of the above will not be accepted as
valid proof for return or exchange.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Within 3 days of delivery, email us at support@labelshynova.com.
2. In the email, include:
Your order number
Reason for return or exchange (colour mismatch, size mismatch, or defect)
The unboxing video as per the requirements above
Clear photos of the issue
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours.
4. If approved, we will share the next steps including return shipping instructions.
5. Pack the dress securely with all original tags, packaging, and any accessories.
6. Ship the dress back to our designated return address using the courier we recommend.

Once a styling session is booked, the return and exchange policy is permanently disabled for that order. Please
make your decision carefully within the 3 day window.
6. The Styling Session and Return Policy
6.1 How They Work Together
1. Your dress is delivered.
2. Within 3 days of delivery, you must choose between two options:
Option A: Initiate a return or exchange (only if the conditions in Section 2 are met).
Option B: Book your complimentary styling session.
3. If you book the styling session, you waive your right to return or exchange the dress.
4. The styling session must be conducted within 7 days of delivery.
6.2 What the Styling Session Includes
A 10 minute personal video consultation where our stylist provides:
Hairstyle recommendations to pair with the dress
Eye makeup and lipstick suggestions
Jewelry pairing using items you already own
Heels and bag recommendations from your existing collection
You will be asked to upload photos of your jewelry, heels, and bags at the time of booking.
7. Return Shipping
For approved returns and exchanges due to colour mismatch, size mismatch, or manufacturing defect, return shipping
is arranged and paid for by Label Shynova.
8. Refund Process
8.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned dress, our quality team will inspect it within 3 to 5 working days. The dress must be in
unused, unworn condition with all original tags intact.
8.2 Refund Method
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method:
Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking: 7 to 10 working days
Wallets: 5 to 7 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Customer must provide bank details.
Processing time: 7 to 14 working days.
8.3 Refund Amount
The refund amount will equal the product price paid. Since shipping is free, no shipping charges apply.
9. Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved, the process is as follows:
1. You return the original dress as per the instructions provided.
2. Once received and inspected, we ship the correct replacement.
3. The replacement is dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the original return.
4. Standard shipping times apply for the replacement delivery.
If the requested replacement is unavailable in stock, we will offer either a similar alternative or process a full refund as
per Section 8.
10. Cancellations
10.1 Customer Initiated Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and falls under this
Return and Exchange Policy.
10.2 Label Shynova Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent
activity. In such cases, full refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
11. Frequently Asked Questions
What if I do not like the dress after delivery?
Personal preference is not a valid reason for return or exchange under our policy. We strongly recommend booking the
complimentary styling session, which is designed to help you confidently style and love your dress.
What if I want both the styling session AND the option to return?
Unfortunately, the two are mutually exclusive. The styling session is designed to ensure you confidently keep your
dress. If you suspect a colour or size mismatch or a defect, please initiate the return or exchange first before booking
the session.
What if my unboxing video has a small cut or pause?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept videos with any cuts, edits, or pauses. The video must be one continuous recording.
We recommend recording in good lighting with sufficient phone storage and battery before opening the package.
What if I miss the 3 day window?
After 3 days from delivery, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. We strongly encourage customers to inspect
their dress promptly upon delivery and record the unboxing video at the time of opening.
Can I cancel my booked styling session?
You may reschedule your styling session within the 7 day window if needed. However, cancelling the styling session
does not reinstate your return or exchange eligibility once the booking has been made.
