Styling Session Policy

This policy governs the complimentary styling sessions provided with every Shynova purchase.

Terms & Conditions

1. Label Shynova reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a styling session in unforeseen circumstances. Any revised styling session timing will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
2. Styling session sessions are exclusively intended for female clients. Participation or presence of any male individual, including family members, partners, or acquaintances, is not permitted during the styling session call.
3. To ensure privacy, security, and intellectual property protection, screenshots, screen recordings, audio recordings, or any form of content capture during the styling session are strictly prohibited. Label Shynova utilizes advanced digital security and AI monitoring systems, and any policy violation may lead to legal action where applicable.
4. Label Shynova’s styling session services are exclusively curated for female clients. These services are currently not available for male individuals.
5. Clients are requested to join the styling session from a quiet and private environment to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for both parties.
6. Styling session timings must be adhered to respectfully. Delayed attendance may result in reduced styling session time or rescheduling based on availability.
7. All design discussions, recommendations, concepts, and styling suggestions shared during the styling session remain the intellectual property of Label Shynova unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. The styling session duration is limited to 10 min. Clients are requested to keep all relevant requirements, references, questions, measurements, and preferences prepared in advance to ensure a smooth and productive styling session experience.
9. By booking a styling session, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by all styling session policies and terms established by Label Shynova.
