Label Shynova is a premium western wear brand operating from Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Customer / You: Any individual or entity who accesses the Website or places an order.

Order: A confirmed purchase of products from the Website.

Products: All apparel and styling services offered by Label Shynova.

Styling Session: The complimentary 10 minute personal video consultation included with every dress purchase.

3. Eligibility

To place an order on Label Shynova, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Website with consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

Provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of purchase.

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Account Registration

While browsing does not require registration, placing an order requires you to provide accurate contact and shipping

information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that

occur under your account.

5. Products and Pricing

5.1 Product Information

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, fabric texture,

and embellishments may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, and the handcrafted

nature of our garments.

5.2 Pricing

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax

(GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your

order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5.3 Sizing

Label Shynova offers sizes Small, Medium, and Large at launch. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct

size using our published size chart. Size related issues are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.

6. Order Placement and Acceptance

An order placed through our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. Label Shynova reserves the right to accept or

reject any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to reasons of product unavailability, errors in product

or pricing information, suspected fraud, or limitations on quantities purchasable per customer.

An order is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from Label Shynova.

7. Payment

We accept payments through secure online payment gateways including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking,

and wallet payments. All payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant gateways. Label Shynova does not store

credit card or bank account details on our servers.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at checkout, subject to serviceability of your delivery location.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Detailed shipping information, including timelines, is available in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are

not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as logistics partner delays, weather conditions, or

regional restrictions. Shipping is provided free of cost across India.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and the Styling Session

Important: Label Shynova has a unique 3 day window paired with our complimentary styling session. Returns

and exchanges are accepted only in specific cases, and the booking of your styling session waives your right to

return or exchange. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before booking.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website including but not limited to designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, brand name, and

styling concepts is the exclusive intellectual property of Label Shynova or our licensors. No part of this content may be

copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Label Shynova logo, brand name, and all associated trade dress are trademarks of Label Shynova.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Website for any unlawful or prohibited activities including but not limited to:

Posting false, defamatory, or misleading content

Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Using automated systems or bots to scrape, copy, or harvest data from our Website

Impersonating another person or entity

Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Website

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Label Shynova, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not

be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Website or

products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to

such claim.
